Walk in, walk out sharp.
A skin fade with a beard line-up takes about fifty minutes in our chairs. Here is where those minutes go.
-
Minutes 0 to 5
Talk it through
Photos welcome. Your barber feels the grain, checks the crown and sets the plan in guard numbers before anything gets cut: a #0 at the neck, a #2 up top of the fade, scissors on top.
-
Minutes 5 to 12
Wash and towel off
A quick shampoo at the back bowl so the clippers glide through clean hair. Coily and curly hair gets a rinse and a detangle instead, so the shape reads true.
-
Minutes 12 to 40
Cut and fade
The fade is built from the neckline up, one guard at a time, until there is no line you can point to. Then the top is cut to the length you asked for, not shorter.
-
Minutes 40 to 50
Line up and finish
Hairline, temples and beard edged with a trimmer and a straight razor. Hot towel, a little product if you want it, and a hand mirror for the back before you stand up.

Every hair type, every length. Bring a photo or bring nothing and talk it out.
One long room, six chairs, no rush.
Every station has its own lamp, its own mirror and a barber who stays with you from the first question to the hand mirror. Coffee is on the counter by the window. The playlist changes with whoever opened up.
- Walk-ins are welcome every hour we are open. The board by the door shows the wait.
- Booked chairs are held for 10 minutes. Running late? Text us and we will shuffle.
- Kids get the chair by the window and a booster seat that spins.
What people say on the way out Sample reviews
Dee asked more questions about my hair in five minutes than my last barber did in two years. Best taper I have had.
Kemi did my daughter's braids on a Saturday morning and they still looked new at the end of the month.
Walked in at six on a Friday, sat down by twenty past. Hot towel shave, no rush at all.
